Hello,

I have a 2009 Toshiba L305 Satellite laptop that has issues. I got it from the previous owner that was fed up with it. She says it started to freeze every 10 minutes or so, so she reinstalled vista. It would work with no problems for a month or so, then it would start to freeze every 10 minutes or so again, so she would reinstall vista again. Until she got tired of that, then the computer came to me. It was absolutely wonderful for 3 months so I thought maybe she was just cursed (j/k) but then it started freezing on me. So, now I would like to know what the real issue is so I can go ahead and fix it right, instead of just doing the temporary fix of reinstalling vista. Is there a way to run a diagnostic check? How do you go about trying to figure out what the real problem is? Your help would be immensely appreciated, as my imac just crashed and that was my regular computer, and this laptop is my back-up and now I have 2 faulty computers! THANK YOU!!!
