System crashes intermittently, but often, on shutdown. Often get Driver power state failure or some such. Then today, this BSOD dmp generated.

Any ideas?

Please post the make and full model of the computer if branded

Please include the details of the operating system ie Vista Home premium - Windows 7 Professional etc and if 32 or 64 bit.

Please go start (Windows button) and on the search type msinfo32.

Open that and then click File and export Save as Text file to deskptop or wherever you wish and attach to reply please

Open System Information again.
In the left pane expand the heading components and then click Adaptor on the Network heading.
Clcil Edit, click Select all, click Edit, click copy.
Open wordpad, click paste.
Send me that one please.

Go back to system information on components, click problem dveices
If there is any entry copy and paste that please.


Now go start, right click Computer, click Properties, when the window opens, click device manager in the left pane.
Are any devices shown with a warning.
Clcik the View tab, click show hidden devices, again are any shown with a warning please

If so expand the entry and post details please of the warning etc by screenshot.


Now if you can download this and click the analyse tab then copy and paste the results please - as a copy and paste not as a file that I have to open please.
