I'm using WindowsXP.

My computer was infected with Security Defender so I downloaded PCTools and removed the virus successfully.

but now every time I boot up I get two error messages. Apparently my computer can't (but wants to read):

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\47F05D74-0CB7-D6AD-DDD8-393F37E197F2.avi

C:\Documents and Settings\PCUser\Local Settings\Application Data\47F05D74-0CB7-D6AD-DDD8-393F37E197F2.avi

I also cannot shut down from the start button. I mean It can click "Shut Down" but my computer stays on for about 30 minutes and doesn't do anything.
I give up and ctrl+alt+del it.

help?

Download OTL from
http://www.geekstogo...timers-list-it/
and Save it to your desktop.

Run OTL (Vista or Win 7 => right click and Run As Administrator)

select the All option in the Extra Registry group then Run Scan.

You should get two logs. Please copy and paste both of them.
