Some software requires .net but most don't so you might be able to live without it. Getting harder tho.

I would turn off Windows Search. You don't need it and it is throwing errors:

Right click on Computer and select Manage (Continue) then Services and Applications then Services. Find Windows Search and right click and select Properties then change the Startup Type: to Disabled. Apply and Stop the service.

Then your video (graphics adapter) driver probably needs to be updated. That would be these errors:

Log: 'Application' Date/Time: 26/04/2012 8:43:29 AM
Type: Warning Category: 0
Event: 10010 Source: Microsoft-Windows-RestartManager
Application 'C:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Core-Static\MOM.exe' (pid 3020) cannot be restarted - Application SID does not match Conductor SID..

Log: 'Application' Date/Time: 26/04/2012 8:43:29 AM
Type: Warning Category: 0
Event: 10010 Source: Microsoft-Windows-RestartManager
Application 'C:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Core-Static\CCC.exe' (pid 3992) cannot be restarted - Application SID does not match Conductor SID..

You have some game software which is not happy:

The program rads_user_kernel.exe version 0.0.0.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel. Process ID: e78 Start Time: 01cd237ac2e8ee80 Termination Time: 4 Application Path: C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\system\rads_user_kernel.exe Report Id: 282f0451-8f6e-11e1-8acc-20cf30c8a524

This last event:

Event: 1530 Source: Microsoft-Windows-User Profiles Service
Windows detected your registry file is still in use by other applications or services. The file will be unloaded now. The applications or services that hold your registry file may not function properly afterwards. DETAIL - 1 user registry handles leaked from \Registry\User\S-1-5-21-72767601-2379257657-2301059504-1000:
Process 3924 (\Device\HarddiskVolume2\Windows\System32\wbem\WmiPrvSE.exe) has opened key \REGISTRY\USER\S-1-5-21-72767601-2379257657-2301059504-1000\Control Panel\International

is something I really don't know how to fix. I usually just ignore these. The warning is a bit dire and they are not considered serious by MS.
You might see if you can change the value it is trying to read.

The International subkey stores options that are selected in Regional and Language Options in Control Panel. These entries determine how the system and programs display dates, times, currency, and other locale-specific notation. The data for each user is stored separately.
Change Method

To change the value of this entry, in Control Panel double-click Regional and Language Options.

Don't know much about it. Try uninstalling then reinstall it (you might try right clicking and Run As Admin when you install.)
