Information about an SDK and how to build webphone

Hello,

I have only recently started my business. I am thinking about adding a new kind of communication method to the contact informations. I am not familiar with computer technology and webphone solutions at all. I found an interesting site on the Internet (http://www.voip-sip-sdk.com/). The site gives information about an SDK called Ozeki VoIP SIP SDK and how a webphone can be built with it.

Since I am completely new to this kind of technology so I want to ask that has anyone used or came across this software previously?
