Hi, not sure if this is the right place to post this but it was a close as I could get.

Basically I'm looking to change my ISP, at the moment using tiscali/Talktalk. The customer service is terrible, the connection is poor and often goes on and off, or becomes tediously slow for periods of time. It is really hard to find proper reviews on ISPs, and I have this awful feeling that they are all pretty rubbish, but if anyone has any experience/advice to share it would be much appreciated. Decent connection and a half-decent customer service are the main criteria!

I assume you are in the UK... I use Sky and have had no problems with a fairly consistent 10Mb download speed... As for customer service, no idea never had to call them
