Hoping for some help on this one can't seem to find any answers online.

I'm the victim of an over-enthusiastic IT Dept at work who seem to block any website that's been viewed a few times. I've set up a remote desktop connection using TeamViewer and I'm conscious of their ability to track my activity. To what extent can I still be monitored given that I'm using my own home internet connection to view whatever websites I see fit

Any help would be eternally appreciated
