I am having some problems and I dont know anything about computers or what to do to fix this problem.....I started my computer this morning and i noticed that it was slower than usual.

Then the "horrid" blue screen came up....I thought "oh no" this is bad....it had "start windows normally" highlighted, so I hit enter. Thankfully, it loaded, although it was really slow.

As the desktop came up I got two error messages. The first one said "the specified module could not be found. load library(pythondll) failed". I clicked ok and then I got this message: "c:\program files (x86)\Uniblue\RegistryBooster\PYTHON26.DLL"

Can somone please help me. I can not afford to lose my computer. I've just started an online business due to my disability, and my husband has lost his job of 14 years. I need my computer running right but I dont know how to fix this problem.

Oh yea, I'm running Windows 7 version 6.1 and IE 9 on a Tobshibia (I think that's how it's spelled)

Thanks in advance for your help.

Download Autoruns Unzip it to your desktop and then right click autoruns.exe run as admin After the scan is finished then click on File>>>>Save The default name will be autoruns.arn make sure to save it as Autoruns.txt in other words make sure it is a .txt file instead of .arn Post the text in your next reply.
