TOSHIBA LAPTOP FREEZES FREQUENTLY.. HELP PLEASE

hi guys!

i have a toshiba satellite L745, intel core i5, windows 7 ultimate, nvidia geforce gt 525m. my friends told me that the specs of my laptop are great but from my experience, i think not.. i experience some (i mean many) lags when i play dota. it freezes for 2-5 seconds from time to time. i noticed when i use a skill, it triggers the freezing problem. i also experience it when i play grandchase and some other games. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME??

Your security program could possibly be the cause of that.

İs it McAfee by any chance? Try a different one,MSE for example and see if problem persists.

The freezing during games could also be due to drivers.

Have you checked for any available updates?
