Ive been having these issues for a while im computer tech but i thought i needed some help my PC is freezing and lags Firefox not responding any help appreciated thank you

Welcome to Geekstogo.

Note: Unless otherwise instructed always post the logs in the forum. :)

Before we start please uninstall Comodo as it will interfere with our tools. You can re-install it when we are finished.


Please download Security Check by screen317 from here .

  • Save it to your Desktop.
  • Double click SecurityCheck.exe and follow the onscreen instructions inside of the black box.
  • A Notepad document should open automatically called checkup.txt; please post the contents of that document.
After that

Please download AdwCleaner from here to your desktop
  • Click on the green downward facing arrow on the right to commence download.
  • Run AdwCleaner and select Delete

Once done it will ask to reboot, allow this
On reboot a log will be produced please attach that

Finally in this post

Download aswMBR.exe ( 4.5mb ) to your desktop.

Double click the aswMBR.exe to run it.

On completion of the scan click save log, save it to your desktop and post in your next reply

So when you return please post
  • Checkup.txt
  • AdwCleaner log
  • aswMBR txt
