I work from home for a web-based software company and I have been using my personal PC and dual monitors.

To increase productivity, the company is shipping out a new PC with 4 monitors and I was informed that it is strictly for work use only.

Deskspace is a premium but it was recommended that I could use a KVM switch that would allow me to switch my keyboard, mouse and one monitor from my workstation to the personal PC.

I was wondering if there is a switch that would allow me to switch to TWO monitors instead of just one, since I've gotten accustomed to having two screens on my personal PC.

Or is there is another solution for this.

Thanks for any help. :)

They do make KVMs for Dual Monitor setups but they are a bit expensive:

http://www.kvms.com/...t/F1DH102L.aspx would probably do what you want. (Whatch what you buy. Most cheap KVMs will switch PS2 Mice/Keyboards and not USB.

Alternatively you could just use 2 KVMs. You would just have to remember to switch the second one at the same time as the first.

What you need is a Dual Monitor KVM Switch. I have used KVMSwitchTech in the past for some Cat5 KVM Switch solutions and the units work pretty well.
