Hello,

I am having serious trouble trying to stop receiving emails with the W32.Netsky.Z@mm virus implanted in attachments (usually zip which was confirmed with Norton anti virus scans). I am 99% sure my computer does not contain the virus within the system because I never opened one of the infected files.

One extra thing that has happened only this morning is I have received an email from the address of a second email address I have (which I didn't send to my self). This also had a zip file attachment.

Regarding this the from address of the infected email displayed the exact email address itself i.e. for example [email protected] whereas normally only my name e.g. 'John Smith' would be displayed and not the address in the from line.

I have tried going to websites looking for remedies but to no avail and performed/srun all the prorgrammes you suggest before reaching this stage.

Please help me.
