startup repair loop helppp!

Windows will only boot into startup repair no matter what. The issue is startup repair was unable to fix the problem.how do i resolve this

so i ve used the f Farbar Recovery Scan Tool 32-Bit .now the program is asking for a fixlist.which i ve no idea off.so anyone can plz help

What happened prior to experiencing this problem ? Did you install a new programme or use a tool ?

Ok on the menu that you get is there the option "Repair my Computer"

We will try a restore first before we start playing around

Select System Restore
Select a point prior to the installation of Norton
