Hello, I am a new member and in no way am I technology person.For the past year I have been somewhat harrassed by "people". I found this website that reveals IP addresses.All of these IP's are close but not exactly the same.
A man named Joel IP address is:69.171.244.11
then a man named Joan address is:69.171.244.12
Damian address is 69.171.244.13
Juan's address is 69.171.244.14
then Joey's is 69.171.244.15
I would like to know what this coud mean.I feel like maybe all these people could be the same person and its confusing me.please help

With a firewall you can block any IP you want, like this one:

if you wanna change your pcs internal ip address for changing your routers ip address unplug it your router for 10 mins it will release the ip and get a new one have to do this often when people get a black listed ip address
