Yes he did but the issue still is being evasive. I myself see nothing to be the cause of it and still believe the issue is a unannounced cap from the ISP.

Let me ask you said your friend has the same internet provider correct and he has no problem?
Is that at his house or did you test both his and yours at your place?

nope for him works perfect and as i remember he dont have internet drivers but he can surft etc and i had to install :?

ps but im not sure about drivers

no i wasnt with my pc at his house to try, but he have same windows as mine
