It is Bluetooth cable, "Atheros AR9285 BGN Wifi, Bluetooth 2.1, 1Gb LAN"
Have a look at this How To, > http://www.ehow.com/how_4853442_use-bluetooth-hp-laptop.html.
You will have to look in your manual to see where the Bluetooth switch is located.

my laptop has windows 7 home premium installed. it has wifi, but it dosen't have bluetooth installed...i don't know why, so is there a way to download it?

Did you use your manual to find the Bluetooth switch? if you press the switch you should get an amber or blue symbol in the system tray.
Your best resource for getting help is HP as often solutions to a problem apply only to their products. Start at Verify the device is installed and enabled with HP Network Assistant. Then go to the top of the page and work you way through any necessary steps.
