Computer freezes then crashes

Iv been having this problem for about a month now, every hour or so my laptop will freeze in the middle of whatever I am doing and then after about 30seconds I will get a blue screen and then the laptop will restart. I originally thought it may have been a problem with my memory so i removed one at a time to see if it still crashed and it did. I have updated all my drivers and it still crashes.

Any ideas of what else I could try would be amazing
