White Vertical line on Samsung LCD

The TV has a big solid white vertical line in the middle of the screen everything around the white line is white with the opacity at about 50% in the middle of the solid white line there is a small black line about 2px size vertical from top to bottom I can still watch TV but looks grayed out.
