Print Problems Thunking Spooler APIS from 32 to 64

So far I only notice this in one certain program. It is happening a lot in that particular progam.

I get a windows message that says
Thunking Spooler APIS from 32 to 64 process stopped.

The problem name is APP Crash
location is said was splwow64.exe.


What is going on and how do I fix this.
