OK that may be part of the issue since you are running both they may be conflicting. You need to disable one of the firewalls and only run one. It's like running two AV programs live..they will slow your system down, your internet speed and could cause false positive reports.

Disable one of them and try it. If still same error disable other and turn the other on and try it.
