What she would like to have is a software application that allows the students to fill out an online information request form, which is then inputted into another database, where each inquiry is emailed a generic letter/label and with the corresponding program of interested information. In her words, a form that automatically downloads into a database, Access or something queriable letters and emails generated based on the program of interest chosen, automatically the ability to auto-route inquiry information to appropriate Graduate Coordinators the possibility to track Open House Attendees, Applicants, etc off of the inquiry list customized web page(with articles on program happenings) for each program that each inquiry get emailed(possible with login/password, to determine program) any additional mechanism to better utilize the information for recruitment purposes.
