Needing some help on my samsung laptop, it starts up with a blue screen 'a problem has occured" then ends with a message about collecting data to dump"
it then loads past that to windows error recovery. with a couple of options of starting the repair. nothing seems to fix it tho. I have tried a few different ways but no luck.
