Outlook 2000 .pst error

On occasion, one of our Outlook 2000 end-users suddenly has the "Create/Open Personal Folders File" dialog box pop up. He does have an archives.pst file located in the same spot as our other end-users, but no one else seems to have this problem. He has Windows XP os. Thanks for any suggestions you can give.
