hello,
i have been searching for a solution on here, but cant find one that works.
i was looking at the internet then got a page that i could not close with the warning that i had been downloading movies and music and must pay a fine.. which of course was all rubbish becuase i wasnt.
anyway i couldnt get off the page without restarting my computer which then bought up a white screen. basically i log on - windows opens, then a couple of seconds after it reverts the white screen.
if i log on is safe mode it just logs me off and shuts down after completeing the safe mode log in and restarts in normal windows - reverting back the white screen.

its a hp laptop 64bit.. windows 7.
i can get into safe mode command prompt - restarting from a previous auto save didnt seem to make a difference.
hope someone can help
