Free offline download desktop browser like uc?

can anyone tell me a method to store download files offline and then we can download whenever we want and resume it like uc browser offline download method.i need desktop browser so that i can download faster via offline.

it should be free for example downloading files from media fire and hotfile etc websites via freee user gives a certain download limit speed so i want to download it offline and then download faster later like uc browser.
