Hello. I have a Dell pc with Windows 7. I started it up the other day and was browsing the news on my browser (IE8), when the computer suddenly restarted. Startup was slow. I tried clicking the IE icon and it restarted. When the desktop finally came up again, I tried other icons and the same thing happened. The quick launch bar no longer appears. One time I got an Error Code 0x490. I am in safe mode with networking now. Things seem to work here, but I would like to use my PC normally. Can anyone please help?
