Probably the best thing to do is to restore it to it's factory new state. Normally you do this by pressing a Fn key during boot.
You will lose everything on the computer so if you need to back anything up let me know and I or one of the other folks here can guide you on doing so.
We can look at the online Users Guide to see how to do the restore to factory state.
Also, if you don't know the password, how are you logging on to do anything?

What is the make and model number of the computer?

I tried the f8 key advanced but the admin acct is disabled. This looks to be a virus. How can I get it to stop rebooting long enough to do a virus scan. In safe mode it will log in but after about a min or so it will shut down and restart.

The Administrator account is disabled by default in Windows 7. To enable it you need to do the following:
Open a Elevated Command Prompt
Enter net user administrator /active:yes and press Enter.
How to Open an Elevated Command Prompt in Windows 7
Since the computer restarts quickly, you won't have much time to do this so read the tutorial so you know what to do then give it a try. If successful, try booting to Safe Mode and logging in as Administrator. If you can do that it will help the malware folks help you.

Please do not ask multiple site to help you for the same problem. It wastes everyones time and can be counter productive, especially since you now have a malware thread open here.
