Hi,

I have been getting this message for weeks whenever I boot up. I followed the directions on the error message but it never finds a solution. I then d/l IntelliType 8.2 64-bit for Windows Vista (exe) from the MS D/L Page. I still received the error message on the next start up. While the keyboard still works, I'd love to get rid of the error message as I'm afraid one day it won't. I have a Windows wireless multimedia keyboard 1.1. Model 1014.

If you have a cd with the drivers that came with your keyboard uninstall your keyboard from device manager and then reinstall the drivers from your cd.

If you do not have a cd with the driver try to find them on the internet.

If your keyboard still works even if you get the error message it is because windows is using the basic keyboard drivers for only the simple use but your multimedia drivers for the added function of your keyboard are malfunctioning so you get the error message.
