I don't rate the site as it showed less than half of what I know for a fact that I get.

I don't think you can trust any online speed test to get a true speed. I have tried 4 different sites and received 4 different results ranging anywhere from 2+ mbps up to 4+ mbps. I wished I had dial up to test with. My speeds just don't seem as slow as the tests say they are, though I can definitely tell a difference in speed when I am at the library connected wireless to their comcast connection.

The last time I got on the Net at my local library Donna which would be about 5 year ago they were running NT4.
