As far as the memory test just the extended test so that it runs the complete run of test including the video to make sure it all is good.

Installed them and about an hour later another memory management while playing AC3:
On Wed 8/7/2013 10:00:40 PM GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\080713-15444-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x75C00)
Bugcheck code: 0x1A (0x41287, 0x1FF, 0x0, 0x0)
Error: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that a severe memory management error occurred.
This might be a case of memory corruption. More often memory corruption happens because of software errors in buggy drivers, not because of faulty RAM modules.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

OK again this is a possible OS or driver issue.
Let me ask where did the OS come from?
Was it originally installed, upgraded or fresh install?
Is the install disk a recovery, upgrade or full installation?
Is it original Microsoft, downloaded, bought or copy?

Any further BSOD's since the last two drivers installed?
The last piece of hardware to test is the hard drive itself.
Run hard drive diagnostics: http://www.tacktech....ay.cfm?ttid=287
Make sure, you select tool, which is appropriate for the brand of your hard drive.
Depending on the program, it'll create bootable floppy, or bootable CD.
If downloaded file is of .iso type, use ImgBurn: http://www.imgburn.com/ to burn .iso file to a CD (chose "Write image file to disc" option), and make the CD bootable.
NOTE. If your hard drive is made by Toshiba, try the Hitachi DFT CD Image version of the software
