• Please, stay with us until the end. I know, Malware Removal isn't very fast procedure, it usually has multiple steps, but you should stay here till your computer will be absolutely clean from malware. I am unable to download any files onto my computer.

Does any message appear, why file couldn't be downloaded? Can you download music, videos, pictures?

Let's start now. I'd like you to download one file, to find out if all or certain file formats are blocked from downloading. If you will be able to download this file successfully, follow the instructions below, this file will produce a log, from whose we can see what is the reason of such blocking.

Try to download OTL to your Desktop

• Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
• Click the Quick Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
  
• When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
• Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) the contents of these files, one at a time and post them in your topic.
