Oh yes I always restart it after you tell me to do a change ,always even if you forget to tell me,I do it still no internet


Let's try to refresh the system configuration...
  • open the Command Prompt as Administrator (Tutorial)
  • Now type or copy and paste the commands below one at a time hitting Enter after each.
    ipconfig /release

ipconfig /flushdns

netsh winsock reset all

netsh int ip reset all

ipconfig /renew

exit

Next,

  • Open Device Manager click Start then on the Search box type devmgmt.msc and press Enter
  • the Device Manager window will open, click the View menu and select Show hidden devices
  • click view again and select Devices by connection.
  • scroll down the list to locate the drivers listed below, right click each of them and click Uninstall
    (don't worry these will be reinstalled by windows after restart).
    Ancillary Function Driver for Winsock
Net BT
Http
NetIO Legacy TDI Support Driver
Tcp/ip Protocol Driver
Tcp/ip Registry Compatibility
NSI proxy Service

    Note: Each of these drivers will request a reboot after uninstall wait until the last one to reboot.

I did each as requested and tried to reach internet,no luck ,then I did it again to make sure that I did it correctly--still no good

Ok, Please generate a new MiniToolBox log to see what changed.

Hi,

Your problem could be related to Malware or some program that need to be removed, another possibility is a failed uninstall that results in a system without internet access...
To check deeper which is the problem with you system it's necessary to use more powerful tools not allowed on this section of the forum.

I recommend you post on the Malware section of the forum, before you post please follow the Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide starting from step 2 because you can't access the net you have to boot in Safe Mode with Network to download OTL.

In your post please include a link to your thread here because if a colleague pick up your case he can check all that we have done.
