So i didn't even know i had this virus until i tried to open up an online gametoday and it didn't work, so i tried to look for it and delete and couldn't find it. Googled sooooo many articles on how to remove the specific virus and it keeps telling me to delete certain processes in the task manager, which i can't find, or to delete certain .dll files from my computer, which i can't find...

I scanned my computer, did a disk cleanup, disk defragmentation and rebooted multiple times, then i try opening the game and the virus still exists.

The virus is called:

Trojan.GenericKD.1360049

p.s. i didn't get it from the game because i've had the game for months and it's always worked. pretty sure i accidently downloaded a file that contained the virus even though i can't find it anywhere.

What do i do? What can i do before it takes over my laptop? I'm using Windows 7.
