pretty weird because some time ago I was only able to play on middle settings (FPS 30- 45).

This could be due to better support in in a driver update for the GPU or game update.
The FX 4350 vs other CPUs. "As Phillpower2 points out, for gaming, having a faster processor to feed the video card is the way to go.

Do you think that I can play games on Ultra - High?

No one can say, yes you can. Less demanding games, probably, Crysis 3, no. You don't have to have all settings maxed out, more important is to have a playable smooth game, most people are happy with a min 30 fps for very demanding games. You may get 100 min fps with maxed out setting in less demanding games.
If you have a 60Hz monitor even if your card pumps out 200+ fps, all your monitor is capable of displaying is 60 fps.

Sorry, but I need again help, I did a hard research and asked some other techs. They say the Asrock 970 Extreme 4 is bad because the Mainboard doesn't endure the voltage of the new FX CPU's so far I understand. And because of that the new FX CPU's won't provide full performance and will bottleneck the GPU. The thing is that I like to built a PC which endures the next years and games ...

An Intel build will increase your budget by around €100 for the MB and a 4th generation CPU such as the 4670 or 4670k

Gday.
Have your already purchase the Asrock MB?
If you are thinking of changing fo a Intel build.
You may have lists elsewhere in the Topic, but so there is no mix up, please list all the parts you have purchased and any older hardware you want to reuse..

OK, I bought another CPU and another Mainboard.

So:

CPU: AMD FX 8320 (not the FX 8350 because it is the overclocked 8320)
GPU: ASUS GTX 770 (after reviews it should have a good cooling system which is important for me)
MB: ASUS M5A97 Evo R2.0 (A good motherboard which supports the 8xxx seria of the fx processors)

For my old CPU (AMD Phenom II X4 945) I got really much money (55 €) on Ebay. With this configuraion I should be able to play most games on maxed out settings, especially future Games will support 6/8 core processors.

Thanks for everything. I feel this Christmas will be GREAT! Merry Christmas in advance!

Everything seems to work fine. I will do some Benchmark Tests and then we will see.

I did a 15 Minuten Test with Furmark. It ran very well. I have only one problem: The Graphic card is whimpering. (Or how do you say in Englisch?)

I think this is it : http://en.wikipedia....wiki/Coil_noise
