I have a Toshiba satellite L655-S5146 running Windows 7 Home Premium.

When searching on net get "webpage doesn't exist" - and "Webpage not available" or "Internet connection not available" [using IE]

run Avasti pre-boot scan - nothing
Malewarebytes Anti-Malware - nothing


When I tried running OLT - I was refused numerous time. Finally able it

When searching on net get "webpage doesn't exist" - and "Webpage not available" or "Internet connection not available" [using IE]

Not sure what you are saying here. Is it that these messages only come up when using IE or is it with all browsers?

You will get a messages like that when a security program (I see you have Norton/Symantec Internet Security) or your browser thinks the webpage is suspicious, or it might happen if the browser times out, or say, when the page has moved, or even when your connection itself is having problems.

Are there any other symptoms that make you think something is amiss?

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
