I am having somekind of technical issue here. Few days ago I tried to enable Aero on my Windows 7, not sure if that caused it but now I have unwanted shadows on my screen.
Process I did when enabling Aero (as I said, I am not sure if that caused it):
Windows 7 to enable Aero for you: 1. Open Windows Registry Editor 2. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\DWM 3. Right-click on the right-hand pane and create the following three DWORD entries and set value for each one: Animations – set value to 0. Blur – set value to 0. UseMachineCheck – set value to 0. 4. Close Registry Editor 5. Now open the Start Menu, enter “cmd” and press Enter to open the Command Prompt. 6. Next, Enter the following commands and press Enter after each one: Net Stop uxsms Net Start uxsmsNow every folder (also text) I open has it's transparent shadow on right side. Also I noticed a lot flickering on screen during playing media or games.
Here is what it look likes:

What I have done so far:
System Restore
Removed everything I did during Aero process
Removed shadows from Advanced Settings
I would appriciate if anyone could help me. Thank you!
I solved it myself. Holy, it took my long time to figure it out. Solution was a very simple - all I had to do was unplug my monitor :S
