On your last post you recommended I use IE because I believe something was different .. don't recall. I may have to go back and read the old posts but you did recommend I pick up and continue using IE

Looks like the URL will only go back to the product page.

Let's see if Auto Update will work.

Using Chrome, Go up to reply #564.

Right click on the SB link, > left click on copy link address.

leave this browser open so you can flick back and follow instructions.

You must launch IE browser.

right click in the address bar, > click Select All, (the window will turn blue)

Left click on the blue area, > click Paste, > press Enter.  The SB window will open.   Please read the notes so you know what to look for.

At the bottom of the page, > click Accept

At the next window, look for the yellow security bar, > click the bar, allow the ActiveX  install.

Read these instruction, then close Chrome down.

In IE,  Click each install window as they appear, then follow all prompts.

Ok .. I am a bit confused ...

I d/l and installed chrome bc I did not have it installed on my computer. Once installed I "Right clicked on the SB link, then left click on copy link address.

I then launched IE and pasted the link into the browser and clicked on enter..... I got back to the "update" page again and clicked on "accept" .. there was no "yellow security bar to allow the ActiveX  install, bc I did that earlier when I first did this.

What instructions is it that you want me to read and where??

What install window are you referring too??
