Hello

Trying to help someone on a forum with a game, but they cannot download a lot of items they need. I can download them just fine, so I know it's not the files problem. They get a popup that says 'Process selected items Failure' and all it lets them do is say 'Okay'. Ideas? I was thinking a virus or something maybe, but I am not good with these things so I could be totally wrong.

This is probably in the wrong board so forgive me for that.
