What is strange is that the font only display like that when clicking the properties of a program, Task Mgr, file, etc. And on the nortons tool bar, OTL, etc.

On the tutorial here you can see how to change the font settings
what I want you to do is to check the 7 c) look at the options where the Font box is enabled and confirm if in your case is set to Segoe UI like on the image.

Ok, I just went into the message box drop down window, sorry, yes it is set to Segoe UI for several items

If is the selected font them eventually the font is corrupt!

How about the size? In my case I have all the Segoe UI set to size 11

I just tried changing them all but still the same. I did not try the size. Let me try that

It states that the update is already installed on this computer. So I went back and changed as you requested manually. Still the same issue.

The update reference is KB2729094 can you locate it on the list of installed updates and try to uninstall then reinstall using the fresh copy.

Uninstalled and re-installed. Still the same as my original screenshots. This is strange.
