I have a program installed on my computer system that is "Internet Explorer toolbar 4.7 by Sweetpacks" that I'm unable to remove from my system. What can I do to remove it. It's not letting do so when I go to programs and features to do so.

You may attempt to use Revo Uninstaller Freeware Here is a good tutorial on the use of Revo Uninstaller.

But even if this program is able to rid you of the problem then I suggest that you post in the forum in the link below, this browser extension is considered malware...
