Hi, I hope you can help me.  I have daily BSOD shutdowns on my three month old laptop.  I have updated relevant Toshiba drivers causing the dumps and have also restored my laptop in recovery, etc,  but is still happens on a daily  basis.   

 

My dump files are below with other information included like my spec and a list of drivers...... (a tool I found on Bleeping Computers as I had problems opening the dump files).  I also downloaded Bluescreen View and attach that.

 

I hope you can get the info you need from these.

Excuse the interjection folks 

 

Lilz please zip and attach the dmp files for Jared to your next reply;

 

1. Copy any dmp files from C:\Windows\Minidump onto the desktop.

2. Select all of them, right-click on one, and click on Send To> New Compressed (zipped) Folder.

3. Upload the zip folder using the Attach button, bottom left of the dialogue input box
