Hi compcav, Its done. I finally figured it out, so the java is uninstalled, ADWcleaner and OTL is deleted. I am unable to download Delfix yet and the security clearance check file and uninstall flash players file is still left on my computer. Please advise.

Thanks

Here is Delfix from a different spot.  Save it on your desktop.

Right click it and select Run as admiistrator.

Then tick the boxes as shown in the picture.

Then click Run. Once it is finished restart your computer.

  • OK download the attached file to your desktop.
  • Right click on it and select Extract all..
  • Then click Extract.
  • It will be in a folder named Delfix_10.8 on your desktop.
  • Open the folder and copy the file.
  • Paste the file on your desktop.
  • Then right click on it and select Run as Administrator.
  • Place a check mark in all the boxes except UAV.
  • Click Run
  • Once it completes you can restart the computer and you will be done.
