:welcome:     sunnysigroha

Can you tell us the brand and model name or number of the notebook please.

Do you have a Windows 8 disk or a system restore disk for the notebook.

Update acknowledged  :thumbsup:

You can not uninstall anything if you cannot successfully boot into Windows.

Is there any data on the hard drive that you would like to try and back up before we continue.

booting is not the main problem because its boots and ask the password then the screen appears black and when i tried to open the location of the application from task manager, there appears a msg that 'this app cannot run on your pc
To find a version for your pc, check with the software publisher'

Sorry but that is not what you told us in your OP which was that there was nothing on the screen  :(

Now that you have told us that you can get into Windows try a Refresh following the guide here if you are asked for a disk stop and let us know.

Can you post a screenshot of the desktop/notebook screen please;

To capture and post a screenshot;

Click on the ALT key + PRT SCR key..its on the top row..right hand side..now click on start...all programs...accessories...paint....left click in the white area ...press CTRL + V...click on file...click on save...save it to your desktop...name it something related to the screen your capturing... BE SURE TO SAVE IT AS A .JPG ...otherwise it may be to big to upload... then after typing in any response you have... click on browse...desktop...find the screenshot..select it and click on the upload button...then on the lower left...after it says upload successful...click on add reply like you normally would.

Thank you for the clarification which is that you cannot boot into Windows at all.

I asked the following in my reply #4 but you did not answer;

Is there any data on the hard drive that you would like to try and back up before we continue.

Please answer this question as we may be able to help with retrieving any data you need from the drive, you do not need to be able to boot into Windows to do this as an alternative software is used.

Only if there is no data on the hard drive that you need should you try the following;

ALL DATA WILL BE ERASED ON YOUR HARD DRIVE IF YOU PROCEED. YOU WILL NEED TO ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE THE POWER ADAPTER PLUGGED IN. DO NOT SWITCH OFF OR RESTART YOUR COMPUTER DURING THIS PROCESS.

1. Hold down the power button for 10 (ten) seconds to switch off your machine.

Please note: Holding down the power button on the machine forces it to switch off. Any unsaved data will be lost.

2. Press and hold the 0 (zero) key on top of the keyboard (not the zero key on the numeric keypad) and at the same time, press the power button once to switch on your notebook.

3. When the Toshiba screen appears; release the 0 key.

4. If prompted select 32bit or 64bit operating system; click Next

For more information on the differences between 32bit or 64bit operating systems click here.

5. When prompted by the warning screen; click Yes to continue with the system recovery.

6. Select Recovery of Factory Default Software; click Next

7. Select Recover to out-of-box state; Click Next again.

8. Please read and acknowledge this last warning screen.

File_16031.jpg

9. Click Next to start recovery

Please note: Recovery times can vary depending on the model of computer and can take up to 2 1/2 hours to complete. During the recovery process your computer will display a screen saying “Preparing/Configuring your System, please wait” and will restart several times. This is all a normal part of the process and should not be interrupted.
