My neighbor has an xfinity wifi network that is broadcasting from their Comcast router. It is open with no password. How do I prevent my child from accessing that network on their PC?

My dear friend has the same problem, but it's not a neighbor so she can't tract it down.
In your case can you simply call the neighbor and let them know that it's unsecured.
