Have a Dell desktop that will not boot past the "Starting Windows" screen. It will not boot in safe mode either. I can get into the bios but that is it. I removed the battery to reset the bios and no luck. Replaced the power supply & memory. No luck. Bought a new drive and Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. Would not load on Dell computer. Took new drive to work and installed in desktop there. Loaded Windows and booted to the desktop. Took the drive home and still will not boot past starting screen. Dont know what to try from here. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any help.
