Hi, I'd like to get rid of the Ubuntu logo on the Unity Launcher button, and change it to something else, as I'm attempting to create my own Ubuntu-based distro for personal use.  I'm running 14.04.  Also, if anyone knows how to make certain files (not installed packages) be on the desktop by default, and change default wallpapers, and the Ubuntu loading screen, it'd be very helpful.  I understand a bit how to do things from the command line, and have been searching for a way to do these but have yet to find anything relevant.

Thanks!
