Hi,
I have an ELO touch computer B3 that ran XP w/o issue but when WIN7 is installed will go into reboot loop and freeze after a while. I first loaded an image that worked on other terminals. When that failed to work I installed WIN 7 clean and have same results.

Couple of questions if I may;
What type of Windows 7 media was used for the install as in a full retail/OEM disk or a downloaded ISO etc.
Have you tried booting into Safe Mode.
