Mine what won't start?? If you mean computer then please provide some details, like:
Make and full model number of computer
What Operating System and is it 32 or 64 bit?
What exactly won't start? Does it power up? Does it start to boot then stop or hang?
What was the last thing you did before this started happening?
The more information you give us the better chance we have of helping you.
