I already installed ie11 with succes.

 

I already went to msconfig and selected normal mode. But this made the super optimizer active. this was the only item that was disabled but after choosing normal mode, it was enabled.

 

I know going to do the fix

Only windows update still doesnt work.

 

and the app secunia psi doesnt work fluently: if I hit scan for the first time, even after an hour, it's still scanning. but if I stop it and restart the app, then hit scan: after a while I have result.

 

then the blue circle keeps turning and the programs that needs to be updated are grey, cannot click on it, but if I close secunia psi and reopen it, then I can click on 'click to update' (roughly translated).

 

Now it says that IE11.x and IE 11.x (64bit)  needs an update.

 

if I click on the first, windows update window opens, but it shows the error that it can cannot search for updates, although the settings are set to automatically download and install.

 

if I want to try again and click on the first or second IE11 to update in secunia psi, nothing happens, I close secunia psi, reopen it, and then I can click on it.

I've had users sometimes have issues with Secunia. In those instances I normally recommend FileHippo App Manager which is a great alternative. You may want to try that if you continue to have trouble.
 
Now let's fix your Windows Update issues. Please do the following.
 
Step#1 - SFC Scan

• Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
• When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
• When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following commands into it, press enter after each
  
  sfc /scannow
  Wait for this to finish before you continue
  
  copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log %userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt

sfc scannow says i have to reboot so some thing can be recovered.

I'm sorry , I closed the cmd window.

 

it found errors or damages and were fixed, but reboot was needed to fix.

 

Now windows update works.  It tested it, the two updates about IE11 were found, I let them install, it finished : one update ok the other one did not install. erro code 80092004

Still failed

I browsed for the KB number, it says  (see below, released 14-04-2015) then I checked the IE11 (help, about IE), it shows KB3038314, so I think it's already installed, but microsoft has to fix this issue that this update continues to offer.

We need to remove all the tools that we used so that should you ever be re-infected, you will download updated versions which may have updated detection logic.
1. Download Delfix from here.
2. Ensure everything is checked.
3. Click Run.
Note: The program will run for a few moments and then notepad will open with a log. Please paste the log in your next reply.
Note: Delete any  other .bat, .log, .reg, .txt,  and any other files created during this process, and left on the desktop and empty the Recycle Bin.
