locked out of my laptop

Hello

I cannot get into my computer at all.
It wants a password but I don't know it.
I am posting this from my phone.
It said I could go to my live.com account and change the password but when I tried to log into my laptop with my new password, it wanted the last password I used to log into the laptop and I jus don't have it so I am locked out all because I don't have that original password.
Can you help me get back in please.

Sorry to hear you are locked out of your laptop, but we can not offer any help to bypass passwords according to the Terms of service of this website.

Due to the nature of online help we are not able to verify ownership, and will not be able to help bypass or recover any user passwords, cd keys, license codes, serial numbers, etc.

I would suggest that you take your computer to a local repair shop along with proof of ownership.
